Meet the Maker: Foterra Jewelry
Pop up this Saturday, December 18 from 11AM to 3PM!
Introducing Foterra Jewelry!
Foterra has one of the most unique jewelry lines I have encountered. They take photographs + transform those images into their jewelry. Every sterling silver or 14k gold framed piece is cured in resin making it waterproof, durable and slightly transparent. They are lightweight + one of a kind.
Meet Morgan - the designer behind Foterra. In the very beginning she took her husbands photographs + began experimenting with his images. Her story about hiking deep in Haleakala and really discovering she wanted to focus on her jewelry making full time is why we love our pop ups! We get to hear their personal origins about where they came from and all of the motivations to get where they are today.
Foterra has collaborated with a large band of photographers over the years + also has also turned artist paintings into beautiful jewelry expressions. They will even custom jewelry from your own photographs! Flip each card around to see the entire image of the photograph they used to create each jewelry piece.
I can’t wait for you to meet Morgan + Josh!

Deep beneath Na Mokulua is a beautiful mystery. She is hidden in the sky and floating beneath the islands in Lanikai. Growing up in Kailua I would imagine a mermaid as the outline of these iconic islands. Here is the magical world of our Local Mermaid.
