Cultural Celebration
First of all, what is AANHPI?
AANHPI Month is a time to celebrate the diverse cultures and contributions of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders.
Kimonos are traditional Japanese garments with a rich history and cultural significance.
Today we are showcasing upcycled kimonos to honor and celebrate my Japanese heritage while promoting sustainable practices.
Environmental Consciousness
We value ways to promote sustainability by reducing waste, conserving resources, and minimizing the environmental impact of fashion production.
One of the things we love to offer at CWB are eco-friendly options for our customers.
Working with vintage kimonos are a unique way we can show that commitment.
Artistic Expression
These upcycled kimonos allows us to merge traditional aesthetics with contemporary designs creating one of a kind pieces in the boutique.
Cultural Preservation
AANHPI Month serves as a platform to promote the diverse cultural heritage of my ancestors.
These upcycled kimonos play a small but beautiful role in preserving Japanese traditions and craftsmanship.
We hope you can join us on Thursday, May 25th!
We will also be offering a gift with purchase for every sale over $50 during our event (between 4:30-7:30 pm) while supplies last!

Deep beneath Na Mokulua is a beautiful mystery. She is hidden in the sky and floating beneath the islands in Lanikai. Growing up in Kailua I would imagine a mermaid as the outline of these iconic islands. Here is the magical world of our Local Mermaid.
